Newly Purchased Sims 4 Kits, Stuff, and Packs install but don't show up in game

I just purchased the new Incheon Arrivals Kit, the Spooky Stuff Pack, and the new Spa Day. They show up as purchased in both the EA Desktop app and in-game. They say they're downloaded but in the game, the create a sim and build mode options don't show up at all. I have uninstalled the EA Desktop app and reinstalled, my game is up-to-date, I have cleared everything that other posts here have suggested, and still nothing. Is there something I'm missing or a different way to go about this? Thank you in advance for any input!

    @MylesWithawye  Does the old Spa Day content show up, or nothing at all from the pack?  What game version are you running?  Load the game to the Main Menu, where you can choose to load a save or start a new one, and look along the bottom of the screen, or in the lower right corner.  Please list the entire version number, i.e. 1.xx.xx.xxxx.

    Please also let me know if there's a reason you don't want to use Origin.  It might be easier to go through Origin, at least for now, if you're willing.

    Nothing at all from the pack shows up. Game version is 1.80.69.1030. I uninstalled EA Desktop and installed Origin again just to try - I was just trying out the EA app to see how it was. I updated everything once in Origin and even tried repairing the game. Still nothing. I'll uninstall and try all the usual things again with Origin this time and see if that makes a difference.
