No access to any of my expansion packs SIMS 4

Summarize your bug Expansion packs still not working, I have tried everything to download them again but they still aren't in the game. I have had a resolution for nearly 3 months now. No one has given me an answer after speaking to at least 8 support staff on why this is happening and I have done every stage of troubleshooting 3 times, but still no solution And errors keep occuring when I try to request support
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Access my account
What happens when the bug occurs? Only base gameplay is an option, it says my expansion packs are downloaded and installed but they arent in the game
What do you expect to see? Access to every expansion pack I have spent money on

  • @bennett27harem  Please run searches for a couple of your missing packs.  Open a File Explorer window, click This PC in the left panel, and enter the folder name for one of the missing packs in the search field in the upper-right corner.  This is the full list of packs:

    For example, if you're looking for Seasons, you'd search for EP05 .  Wait for the search to finish, then make sure the full file path is showing under each result.  If it's not, expand the window sideways as necessary.  Take a screenshot using Windows key-shift-S and attach it to a reply here.  Then repeat for one or two more packs.

    Please also post the location where the EA App says Sims 4 is installed.  You can see it by opening your game library, clicking Sims 4, and selecting Manage > View properties.
