I've done that it just does not come up on game
Very weird.
Could you go to your options and click on the gameplay or other tab (not sure which one). There should be an option where you can check if any of the mods you have are active.
Getting pis later if you can't find it.
If there are none, please open your resource.cfg in a text editor and c/p the content here.
