No Dining Spots?

I'm creating a restaurant and no matter how many tables and chairs I put down it says my lot is incomplete because it has no dining spots. I've deleted them, added them back, restarted. Nothing's work...

    I've fixed it! 

    The cc that I was using was modified to work with Dine Out, however the person who did it only did it for one colour. For anyone having the issue with using cc, go onto S4S and for every colour you intend on using, open its ObjectCatalog and add the codes 26625 and 1006. This should make any cc chairs be compatible as useable, restaurant chairs.

have you tried different kinds of tables and chairs ?

Are you using mods/cc in your game ?
