No door lock option

What do you expect to see? I expect to see options to lock a door, but nothing shows up
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
Every time I try and click on a door, no lock option pops up. Not even an empty text bubble, which seems to be the most common issue. Absolutely nothing happens; the door doesn't even have that ring of highlight. I have no mods installed and never have; I just recently bought the game.
