No eye menu for SpellCasters

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? First bug: going into create a sim and choosing a spellcaster Second bug: going into create a sim [male clothing preference] and going to Styled Outfits
What happens when the bug occurs? First bug: only regular eyes are displayed. No occult eyes are listed as an option Second bug: no outfits are shown
What do you expect to see? First bug: occult eye colours listed along with regular eye colours Second bug: styled outfits listed
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. I've only had both issues since I applied the most recent update for The Sims 4. Prior to this, all styled outfit showed up and worked As well, prior to the update, occult eyes were listed as an option, but they did not show up when I tried to apply them.

Since the last update for The Sims, I have a couple weird glitches. Before, the update, I could see occult eye colours as an option for creating a sim [they didn't work, but were available as an option]. Now, I no longer have them as an option, and only have the base game colours. As well, I can no longer see styled outfits. I'm not sure what's going on.
