Did you buy them on Origin ? Then they are on the account you bought them with.
You can't use the game on two accounts.
I have the same problem. I bought the Vampires module and never received the product code. I'm only using one computer. How can I have the product code resent?
If you bought the game on Origin, you don't need a code
