No game code

I just bought the Sims 4 vampires and sims 4 dine out. My account is also used by my sister on her computer and when we tried to install the games on her computer, they said we need a game code but i ...

I'm having the same problem. My daughter plays on my account, and she wanted Vampires, so I bought it for her and now it won't install. It says I need a code, but I wasn't provided one when I bought the game. I bought it through Origin, so I shouldn't need one, but it's still saying I do.

I don't know if it's relevant, but it's in my order history twice. The first says payment pending, the other says complete, but both have the same order number and obviously I only bought it once.

    Did you buy it on her account ?
