No longer launching | Sims 4

Used to play Sims 4 often until I quit around a year ago. Just wanted to get back in and launch it and now it says that I do not have the minimum video card/video processors. I am still using the sam...

    @marioh261  Please force Sims 4 to use the Nvidia GPU through the Nvidia Control Panel.  Right-click the desktop, select the CP, choose Manage 3D Settings > Global settings, and choose the high-performance Nvidia processor.  If this helps, you can revert the change and apply it to TS4_x64 and TS4_Launcher_x64 under Program settings, but I've heard from a few people that this doesn't necessarily work, so please try global settings first.

    If this doesn't help, please disconnect your display hub, at least as a test, and restart your computer.  Sims 4 doesn't always get along with these devices.

    If this doesn't help either, please disconnect your VB Audio device: its driver is a decade old and for Windows 7, so it may also be incompatible.  Restart after disconnecting it.

Here's the screenshot with both the error and my dxdiag. Hope this can help understand what I'm struggling with. I would like to say again that the laptop I am using is the same one from when I last played a year ago. @puzzlezaddict
