No memory, game keeps crashing

c6c45fab444100f0 Your dxdiag lists a few errors related to the Nvidia graphics driver, so please do a clean uninstall and reinstall of the driver, as described here:

You can use the newest driver Nvidia has released:

Please also make sure your antivirus isn't blocking Sims 4 or the EA App. Here are instructions for a few AV programs, including Windows Defender:

c6c45fab444100f0 Kitkirus If you'd still like help, please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
