No Protesters in City Living

I am trying to complete the city life aspiration but for some reason I do not have any protesters in my city living game. I have waited hours in uptown sitting in a char, doing a speech at the podium...

Hm,

I take it you have no issue protesting yourself as political Sim ? Do others join your Sim ?

Are you using any mods/cc in your game ?
