No Sound Coming From Game

For the past few days I've been having this problem where I'm not getting any sound from The Sims 4. Before, it would happen and I'd just have to restart my game for it to work. Now, it's all the tim...

    Okay, I feel so stupid. So I had originally checked my volume mixer, and my game sound was not muted, however, I checked once more and it was 0. I don't know when or how that happened, but the sound is fixed now.

I talked to my dad about reinstalling/uninstalling sound drivers and since sound is working for everything else, he doesn't think it's that. But I guess I can, I doubt it will fix the problem, however.
