Launching game error message
Hi
I have tried all day to get into the game. The error message is "Failed to launch game- An error on our end caused the launch to fail. Try again a little later" WHAT DO I DO ITS DRIVING ME INSANE😖

Mine keeps saying the same thing i thought it was only me. was happening to me since yesterday. I even reinstalled the game. it will let me play old games but when i make a new one it says error. IDK WHAT TO DO EITHERRR
its SO annoying, I got in for like 20 mins earlier on this morning. Then left the game to download some CC ever since then that same message... its driving me insane honestly.
I've been experiencing this for two days now. I have uninstalled both the EA app and un-installed the Sims4, and then reinstalled - I have done this process 3 times, still no luck! What's going on? I have not touched the packs due to issues I heard were going on with them. I own every pack and every add-on EA offers so far. What is going on? I have also removed all mods (CC) and tried. again numerous times. I have also checked my file paths etc. Every path is connected Help!

I also experience this. It is truly sickening all the money they make and they cant even provide a game the launches.
The same thing's been happening to me since yesterday! Also I don't have any cc's. 🙄
It is honestly ridiculous, the amount of time and money we put into this game for them to just break the game constantly

literally same, I am no IT expert. There is no support out there from EA....
