Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\Sound
Right click on Speakers and check if you have it disabled.
There is another fix as well. Right click the sound button on the taskbar(near the clock and action center). Click Volume Mixer and check if anything is muted. If that doesn't work than you may have broken or outdated speakers check your computers website and contact the manufacturers for help.
@SoyokoAnis The sound on my computer works for everything exept Sims so this is not a solution..
I don’t have my sound disabled because it works for CS and LOL, but also all my websites (youtube etc.) (I haved checked everything)
It’s not the computer that needs to be checked, the computer works fine 🙂

@Lejlaomerovic You'd probably remember if you deliberately disabled the sound in Origin to fix the crashing issue from a month ago. But just in case, please open your Origin game library, right-click on the Sims 4 icon, select Game Properties > Advanced Launch Options, and make sure there isn't a -nosound entry in the command line box. If there is, just delete it and save the change.
If that's not the issue, you can try the other suggestions in this thread:

@Rylanax3 I've merged your post with another thread on the same issue. Please see above. And a dxdiag in another language is never an issue.
