No Sound

everything else on my PC works fine, all other games from steam, etc. i have tried: - updating drivers - restarting PC - checking volume mixer (sims 4 doesn't show up here at all, even in window...

    well, i fixed it. i backed up my mods then uninstalled to reinstall the game. sound worked, i readded my mods, still works. no clue what the issue was but that was the fix for me...

EA! i also checked for the -nosound as well, should have added that to my list. lol. here's the DXDiag!
