No tooltips displaying at all(Island Living)

Hey,

I have been getting these bugs in the game since I downloaded Island Living. There are no tooltips for any of the island living-related things at all, both in CAS and in the new world.

I have disabled all mods/cc, deleted localthumbcache.package and repaired the game... Nothing worked yet(I have not tried reinstalling yet). I just want to play the new expansion pack. ☹️
