Not able to change language in Sims4

@Banannotta If you have the language-locked version of Sims 4, you can't run the game in English. This is by design.

Some players have had success contacting EA customer support and asking someone to add the global version of the game to their accounts. But I can't promise it'll work for you.

Other than that, the only way to get access to English is to install through Steam, which only offers the global version. You'd uninstall the EA App version of Sims 4, install the Steam version, then sign into the EA App and download your owned packs, but NOT a second copy of the base game, from there. Your content should all load, and your saves and other user data should be available as normal.
