not able to download sims 4 because of Location error

When I got sims 4, I was happy. Sure it was a lot diffrent, but I got used to it. A month later however, I had to update it. When I did try, an error came out 5 seconds later saying that the location...

i have the same problem with downloading the actual game itself, I'm using a macbook air and i cleared up some space for the game. when it reaches 94% of downloading, a download error pops up and says that its not able to download it to application/sims 4 app. /..........etc. .

it also says the same thing as yours where it says to choose another location
