LucyLovesMarvel Your dxdiag is missing some info, specifically the last section, which contains info about the most recent causes of crashes. Are you using a cleaner app or any other tool that deletes temp files? If so, it could be deleting the (possibly critical) data from these errors, so please disable the app while we're troubleshooting here.
For now, please try a new save and let me know whether it works. If it does, then the problem is limited to your old save. In that case, open Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 and delete any lastexception files you see. Try again to load this save, and if and when it doesn't work, look for a new LE. If you find one, open it (Notepad is fine), copy its text, and paste it into a reply here. Run this test with your Mods folder still removed.
If the new save is affected as well, please look for new errors in the Reliability Monitor. Click Windows key-R and enter "perfmon /rel" without quotes, and you'll see a chart of errors and updates with a column for each day. Today is on the right.
Look for an error that happened at exactly the time you tried to load the new save. If you find one, double-click it to see more details, then copy that info and paste it into a reply here. If you don't see a new error, check back in an hour or so—the Reliability Monitor doesn't always update right away.
