Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

Im not sure if this would belong here or under "technical support" I am returning after 2-3 yrs, back then it was the origin app you used. now that it is EA i do not have all the content i bought for the sims? I have 2 things that transfered over. Is there a way to fix this? I really dont want to spend 100s of dollars again buying everything back.
