    @bernice459  I think the laptop you've picked out is a very good choice for the price.  I did look at a handful of other stores, and I only saw one additional laptop worth mentioning—the other lightweight models with a 3050 or faster are all at least £200 more expensive without providing any additional benefit.  This one is £1,060 though:

    Its processor is better overall, but not in a way that would make a difference to Sims 4.  The screen has a higher pixel density, meaning images will look more crisp, but it's not a touchscreen.  (If you were planning to play Sims 4 with the touchscreen, please know that the game doesn't work well at all with touch input; you'd probably end up needing to use the track pad or a mouse.)  It's also slightly lighter than the HP.

    If you still prefer the HP, then it should do just fine, and the touchscreen would be convenient for other purposes if not gaming.  If you want something a little faster, consider the Dell.
