@crinrict Oh dear, I've tried and not even resetting has worked for me. Thank you for your time spent trying to help me anyway!
I still can't understand why, but I'm 100% sure it's June's patch fault. I've never, NEVER, encountered such problems before even using tons of cc. I really don't understand. I'm upset but at least I can still play the game, just I won't be able to watch TV, take soaks and massages. Is it there a way to directly contact the "gurus" or developers?

If so, please zip your saves folder and upload it somewhere like dropbox,, googledrive or OneDrive and PM me the link.
I tested a few of your saves and get no errors.
Are you sure you didn't put anything back when you tried the factory reset ? Tested on a new save with nothing added back ?
I'm moving this to tech so someone else can assist you further with troubleshooting as I'm going on a break for a week.
- @crinrict Yes, I'm sure. Before starting a new game I have removed the Mods folder and disabled cc/mods option in-game. It's strange, but I'm glad to read this, that with the same save files the error does not occur. Thank you for your time, what is the next step then? Do I have to write a PM to someone or something else?

I only tested one of your saves as time was short.
Could you tell me which one was the new save that never saw any mods ?

By the way, although it is a video from a couple of months ago, you can actually see what happens every time my sims try to watch TV or take soaks/mud baths despite having updated the game, resetted factory options etc.

@crinrictI only use 2 mods. The Mannequin Uncapper (100) from LemonyLin (ModTheSims) and Andrew's Studio (Sims 4 Studio) custom umbrellas (plus Custom Umbrellas Set 1 from Feyona, which are recolors). I have to admit they're pretty old by now but, again, before June's patch all was working correctly and I have experienced the same errors without mods.
Then there are another few things which I'm not sure if they can be properly defined as "mods" but they are:
necrodog's HD feet (version 5 from his tumblr);
LUUMIA's Dr. BODEII (Lean) and BodyHair (version 5 Plus).- @Gaarel I wish I could repro, that would make it so much easier.
I don't think it's a background program interfering (cause it doesn't make much sense) but you could always try a clean boot to see if that makes a difference.

If it works in that mode, then it's a background program interfering and you will need to find out which one.

Hi @Gaarel I'm having trouble reproducing these issues as well. I've taken a look at your video and saves and this issue seems possibly related to outdated mods/CC; mods/CC can corrupt particular save files even after the mods/CC are removed.
I would try to do the "reset" again that Crin mentioned; move your 'The Sims 4' folder in Documents to your Desktop and restart the game. If you're still getting issues on a new game after doing that, I would try a Repair Game (by right-clicking TS4 within Origin).

- @SimGuruNick I've tried this method multiple times and nothing has changed. Repairing the game has never worked for any of the (various) problems with these games. Thank you.

- @crinrict Of course, base worlds, Strangerville, Cats&Dogs. I've tried several ones with new saves.
Also, with the new patch many pieces of custom content are now causing game crashes. This title has currently become unplayable. I won't touch it anymore, at least not until the issues with cc will be solved.
Thank you for your time. - @crinrict I know. I'm spending my time using S4S to fix cc. The problem is, after almost one year, the LEs are still there and I've found out my sims can't even drink water from the taps/from the bars/from University's canteen (cafeteria/dining hall don't know how to precisely name that) and some interactions are automatically resetted when inside a jacuzzi (hot tub), when I try to use the massage bed (and the chair has no options but "Sit down"). Plus, as if we needed more, Origin servers are screwed up and my game library is empty...I thought to delete my Origin's cache but now the "Store preferences" pop up is blocked there even though I press "Save"...already know that there's a new thread about it and that EA's twitter is aware of the problem but it seems no one can't find the solution as of now. So, again, if they can't, well, the solution for us is that we will request refunds.
