Objects not loading build mode, CAS can’t change clothing color

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Everything but most recent “kits” and a few of the stuff packs
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I load sims, the announcement page is blank. The clickable buttons that are usually along the top are all clustered together in top left. Buttons still work. Open up the game. In build mode, no items are loading. In CAS, items loaded, but I cannot change the color or style like normal.
What happens when the bug occurs? In build mode, I can click on the left side (bathroom objects, kitchen objects, lighting objects, etc) but nothing loads on the right side. I can’t buy anything. In CAS, I can only select clothes to wear, but I cannot change anything’s color.
What do you expect to see? I should be able to click on things and change their color/style in CAS and I should be able to buy things in build mode

@idcveez Moving the Mods folder to the desktop does not delete your mods, it simply removes them so the game doesn't load their data. It's a useful test, especially in this case when the issue is likely mod-related. So please try it and let us know whether the problem is gone.
If it is, you can use the 50/50 method to sort through your mods and figure out which file or files are causing the problem.
