I'm trying to buy the new kit, actually I've bought it twice because after paying for it the first time, it says purchase so I thought something must've gone wrong so I did it again and nope, still says purchase and now I've paid twice for it. What's going on? I'm also trying to get a refund but shock of all shocks, the site isn't working, I just get a blank black screen. Help. I want to download the game and my money back for an extra kit.
It has now happened with the CAS kit as well.
I tried to buy both kits just now too and it won't show up in my manage add-ons. When I go to look at the kits in my home page it gives me the option to purchase again. I checked my credit card account and I paid for both, too. IDK what's happening but this DLC is too expensive for stuff like this to happen. Hoping you get a FULL refund for this and they fix it for everyone. Ugh you always wish EA will do better and they don't.
My issue is with my computer. Thankfully I have a laptop that is in top condition. The laptop needed an update for the game as I don't use it often. Then I was able to download it there and then come back to THIS computer and download it. Also it was sort of hard to find in order to download it...I can't even remember where I found it. Keep looking, I hope you find it!
