on the start screen, it says the game wont load, errorcode 22. How do i fix?

When im loading sims 4, it says on the start screen: Could not load game, error code 22. How do i fix this? I have the newest update.

    @eminaenghHey, I think this issue is usually related to problems with Save files. You can go to My Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Saves and move all the files away.

    Then try moving back the saves one by one, and to load after relaunching the game. Hopefully this will help find a damaged/corrupted game save.
