One drive issues, all sims 4 related

0fd87ec4ba6dabb7 Make sure you're opening the correct version of Documents. In File Explorer, click This PC in the left panel, double-click the C drive, and open Users > your username > Documents.
Please also make sure the game is reading the correct user folder, i.e. not the one in OneDrive. Here's how to find the location:

Aside from that, you simply need to move the Sims 4 folder out of Downloads and into Documents > Electronic Arts. Trash the new Sims 4 folder inside, that was created when you checked the location the game was reading as described in the link above, and put the old one back.
