I am playing the sims 4 on my Surface pro laptop and all of a sudden the game crashed and won't let me back in. At the same time there are files from the sims that my one drive is adding or deleting from the game. I honestly don't know how to explain it in words but I've tried a lot of different things to make it work again and nothing is working.

Please also let me know whether you want OneDrive to keep syncing all your files, to sync other files but not Sims 4 stuff, or to stay away from all your data.
@lauriplier Save the dxdiag file as a .txt, start replying to me, and attach the dxdiag to that reply. There's a Browse button next to the paper clip icon and below the text field; use that to select your dxdiag.
