One piece of CC not showing up?

I feel like this is a shot in the dark, but not finding out how to fix this is driving me nuts. I downloaded a base game compatible top today for the game that was posted yesterday. But for some reason, just this ONE piece of CC won't show up for me. I've downloaded other tops, makeup, and hairs today and they all show up fine. I asked the creator and they said no one else reported having this problem either.

My game is up to date. I deleted my cache files, ran a repair, and even downloaded the Mod Conflict Detector and nothing. It said the top wasn't conflicting with anything else. And it's showing in my list of CC in the game that first comes up when the game loads.

Is this just a weird fluke? I'm at my wit's end about it.

@PolluxSimsMaybe you downloaded only the recolor and not the mesh?For sure that it isn't the game's fault. Only the creator of this CC can indicate the cause. Maybe he doesn't want to admit that it isn't correctly done?I don't work for EA.

@kreatora Nope it's not a recolor of anything but a seperate mesh of their own. They've been helpful to me so far about trying to figure out why it won't work. As long as it's not my game, that's all I care about. Maybe I'll give up trying with this one then, unless I find another idea.

@PolluxSimsI think it is the best idea. There is so many nice CC...so look for similar what will work.
