    1. Go into the folder where Onedrive is and see if your EA folder is there.
    2. If if is, then look and see if you see a small cloud icon next to it.
    3. If that is the case right click on the folder, (you might have to do this twice) and you will see the option to always make available on this device. Select that and wait for it to download all the files. Do Not Interrupt It.
    4. Go to the OneDrive icon on the task bar and right click. Select Settings
    5. Click on the gear icon at the top right of the OneDrive window and select “Settings.

    6. Go to the Account tab and select unlink this PC. This will stop OneDrive.
    7. Go to the local Documents folder on your PC. Make sure that it says local. Then make your way back to the folder where OneDrive downloaded your files. In the file Window you will see one the menu bar three dots (...)
    8. Select the dots and go with the option to select all. Then use the copy option on the menu. Use copy not cut.
    9. Make your way to the local documents folder and paste the files there. Things are now back to the way that the game originally installed.
    10. Close the File manager and log out of your PC and then log back in. Now try and start the game. Good luck.
