Only 1 specific household won't load

This has happened since before the latest update, and assumed new update would fix...

Every other household can play, but is still laggy, I can still create new households etc. However, there is one household that I cannot live play with, it works in build mode, but when I want to play the household it is stuck on the loading screen, I left it on my laptop for over an hour and had to use task manager to close and exit the sims without saving.

I play with no mods or cc, and the house hold is only a young couple. Gutted because I spent a long time making the build so I could live play. 

Any suggestions are so welcome !! xx

    tara__cc225​ patwood1946​  Please open Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 and delete any lastexception files you see.  Try again to load this household, and look for a new LE.  If you find one, open it and delete its first line of text, then attach it to a reply here using the paper clip (Attachment) icon.

    patwood1946​  Please test with your Mods folder removed if you use any mods or cc at all.
