Origin download for The Sims 4 is beyond fustrating

I bought Sims 4 in store and the process couldn't have been more fussy (or should I say a waste of my time). I created an Origin login, then I had to redeem my code for mac download (I had to google ...

Thanks I left it to download and sit for a while over night - I still have the same problem as the last time where the install button that turns up after you download the sims in the Origin programme does not work. If anyone knows what is going on here let me know please
