origin hacked cant use sims 4 code on new profile

Okay, so I tried logging into my origin one day and it kept saying all my stuff had been changed. I emailed the password to myself and logged in only to find out that i needed some sort of code that they would text me and the only problem is the digits displayed on my screen were not any digits to any phone. they changed my phone number too. ): 

Now I deleted the email entirely and made a new origin account, I cannot however play the sims 4 because i have already used the product key that came with the game. I need a new serial code.
