Origin installed, but Sims4 will not install

Question

I bought the Sims4 Limited Edition for my daughter for her birthday.&nbsp; When I put in the first disc, it installs origin.&nbsp; It then looks like it is going to install Sims, but never does.&nbsp; It never even asks for disc 2.&nbsp; &nbsp; It has been running since October 4th.&nbsp; It is now November 9th!&nbsp; I removed everything and tried again.&nbsp; NOTHING!!!!!&nbsp; This was a huge waste of my money.&nbsp; EA will never get another penny from me unless they respond to my requests for help.&nbsp; Ridiculous!!!!!!!!

It all depends on your internet connection when installing.

How far did it go ? Did you get to the point where you put in your code ?

Yes, we put in a code, but nothing ever happens.

Try downloading the Origin client here: http://origin.com/download

Then login with your account info and check if the game show up in myGames. If your Internet connections allows you can just download the game from there instead.
