Origin isn't running when starting The Sims 4 Error

Hello. Starting on Friday or maybe Saturday after I logged off of The Sims 4 to download some CC and then I installed CC and put it in the game folder it stopped working. I would launch the game and it would give me an error like this d3382ced:984c6a38. I removed all my custom content and it still won't work.I have uninstalled and re-installed The Sims 4 multiple times, which I don't want to do again because it took me 12 hours and then it took me 5 hours. I have re-installed Origin multiple times, I have restarted my computer a lot too. I have checked my firewall and antivirus programs. I have moved my Sims 4 folders from Origin Games to Programx86 or whatever it's called. The point is, I have done so many things to try and fix my game in the last 48 hours. This is honestly making me angrier by the minute. Please anybody have any idea on ways that I can fix my game.

I have:

-Windows 10

-Holiday pack thingy, City Living, and Get to Work

-The base game and the expansion packs are not pirated. Neither is origin.

Also, when I was watching tutorials in their folders (Program Files (x86) the folder that held The Sims 4 was called Electronic Arts, but the folder I have is called Origin Games. I don't know if that's any issue.

Some things I have tried [that didn't work]~

  • Moving The Sims 4 folder out of Origin Games to Program Files (x86) and then running the program as Administrator with the configuration of Windows 8 and then 7
  • Reinstalling Origin manully
  • Reinstalling The Sims 4
  • Doing a clean boot
  • Checking if Antivirus or Firewall is blocking the game. It isn't.
  • "Repairing" the game from Origin
  • Taking out ALL my CC
  • Running the game 32 bit
  • Disabling "Origin In Game"
  • Crying in the corner and praying to the Origin Gods
  • Adding ports
  • Talking to Tech Support (didn't work out lmao)
