Origin Not Loading

When I try to load Origin on my computer, it doesn't work! I have Windows 10. I downloaded Origin, yet when I go to open it it just displays the loading wheel then it stops and doesn't do anything. I've tried downloading it, deleting it, downloading it again, nothing. I've tried restarting my computer. Nothing. I've tried leaving it be then coming back to it. STILL NOTHING!! I am so frustrated with it, I've had The Sims 4 game since Easter, yet I haven't even got a second of game-play due to this stupid problem!! I just want to play the game, and I can't. Please help me!!
