It's these in specific: OC_GURU.exe and GameBarPresenceWriter.exe
One seems to have to do with XBox connections (are you also use your account for XBox ?) and the other seems to be a file that shouldn't be giving troubles unless a virus is disguising as it (hence my inquiry)
I would do a complete scan to make sure it's nothing bad.
Also have you tried a clean boot to see if that helps ?
i went through and fixed everything in that dxdiag. it was not a virus just an old application that i do not use anymore so i deleted it. i went back and tested the game and it still happens i started in offline mode and it would stutter and then i switched origin to online while the game was running and it smoothed out. I still have everything that make origin attempt to reconnect disabled so i have no idea what it is at this point.
