Origin won’t download 64 bit

Question

Hello guys !!&nbsp;So my game used to work fine and my computer has the requirements for sims4 64 bit because I’ve played with 64 bit before but I kept getting the error in game where it told me to change to legacy edition 😕 I ignored it until yesterday where I downloaded the legacy version and when I opened my game I was mortified! What on earth had happened to my game????!! So I tried switching back to 64 bit and I clicked save but I checked again and it had switched to 32 bit! I kept retrying again and again but it only stayed the same ☹️ I don’t know if it’s my cc (I’ve got over 3000) because it worked perfectly fine before ☹️☹️ Please helppp!!!!!!:!:!EDIT: okay so I uninstalled both origin and sims4 and my game works perfectly fine now 😄😄&nbsp;

@smokey_baconbaco&nbsp;Open Origin. Rightclick the game and select Game Properties. On the Advanced tab select The Sims 4 64 bit from the dropdown. Click save and start the game.

Hello thanks for replying! I’ve done that already but it keeps switching back to 32 bit when I click 64 bit and save☹️ When I click 64 bit and save origin doesn’t even download the 64 bit version so i don’t know what’s wrong&nbsp;

@smokey_baconbaco&nbsp;The 64bit version is already downloaded.. Your antivirus are blocking the change and may even have deleted ts4_x64.exe. Add Origin and the mentioned file to exceptions in your AV and then repair the game.
