I can load up my game just fine after the new update but when I'm in CAS mode or build/buy mode, everything spins fast if i try to turn either my character around or if i try to decorate a house and its bothering me because it prevents me from playing. I've tried repairing my game multiple times and I don't use cc.
@Athvea Try disabling any overlays you have running: Steam, Discord, etc. Disable Origin in-game too: hover over your username, select Application Settings, then the Origin in-game header, and disable the option at the top.

Are you using reshaders? Reshade makes your CAS menu spins like crazy.
If you do have reshade, do as the person way above us suggested. Turning off Origin In Game makes the spinning stop (if you are using reshades).

So hey yeah, it seems to be the Discord app that's effecting the mouse. That's the only one I turn off and it goes back to normal and I leave all my other apps/overlays on! So it might be something to do with Discord...
