Owned packs not showing up?

Bought the packs for bowling, campers, kids rooms and interior design an hour or 2 ago but noticed during my gameplay that they hadn't downloaded automatically. I downloaded each one and went back into the game. Now all of my existing games says I don't have ANY of the required packs needed to play. Hover over the icon and its says in red letter Not Owned but they're right there in my library so...?? I tried repairing the EA app. I restarted my laptop. I have enough space for all of these, so whats going on? I don't have any mods or CC either. I was literally playing with no problems until I added these new ones and it seems to have wiped memory of every pack/ add-on I've bought over the years.

  • @KrystalHolderied  Did you try the EA App's app recovery function, or repairing Sims 4 within the App?  If you didn't do the latter, please try it now: hover over the Sims 4 icon in your game library, click on the three dots, and select Repair.

If that doesn't help, please try repairing the game in Origin instead.  While the EA App is more useful than it was, Origin is still more reliable in this respect.  You can have both apps installed on your computer at the same time, you just can't have them both open at the same time.  If you get an error when trying to launch Origin, open the Task Manager and kill the EABackgroundService, or just restart your computer.

Please also make sure that Origin lists all your missing packs as owned.  If not, it's possible you've signed into the wrong account.
