I preordered the Sims 4 horse ranch expansion, the game is now available, and ready to download. Yet, when I click download on the expansion, it says "download error", any help would be appreciated.

    Horseranch is officially set to release on July 20th, 2023 at 10AM PT / 7PM CET.
