Recently purchased expansion packs missing

hello! if you haven't tried already open ea go to sims click on manage go to manage add on and your packs should be there with an option to download! last night I had this problem to lol

I'm currently having this issue after updating my game with the latest update. I've never had this issue before, but my purchases are not available for download even in "Manage Add-Ons". Did you fix this issue?

I'm having the same problem. I have done this, tried repairing the items as well. I'm not sure what the F (with respect) is going on. I just bought a new pack to four 40$. I want my money back if this isn't fixed!

this exact same thing is happening to me and i have no idea whats going on, i've literally looked everywhere and your the only person i can find having issues with this... hopefully they fix whatever is going on soon

Yep I just bought two packs and can't find them anywhere. The game is currently updating since I haven't played in a while, so I'm hoping I can figure something out after that's done.

I repaired the EA app and it worked for me.

I have 3 packs that i bought and they are in the manage add in place but when i press download it says i don’t have access to them and i need to buy them even though it says i own them and i have confirmation from buying them. any tips on how to fix this?

I had the same problem, but i fixed it by clicking the 3 bars at the top lefthand of the screen in the ea app, clicking view, and then reloading the page (CTRL + R). See if that works for you?
