[Pack not released yet] Can't Download Horse Ranch Bonus Content?

Origin for Mac user here. I have never pre-ordered before but did so for Horse Ranch. When I launch the game and click on packs, it says I need to download to use it. When I go into the Origin app, I don't see anything that gives me any options to download anything. I've updated and restarted my computer, I have the order confirmation from EA, and my EA account says my order was completed and the payment has come out of my bank account, but I can't figure out how to actually download/install the pack. Please help.
