Pack showing as unpurchased
I recently purchased the werewolves game pack, however the ea app is still showing it as unpurchased and will even let me put it in my cart to buy again. I have cleared the app's cache, repaired the game, restarted the app and checked the manage add-on's section. I received a confirmation email for my purchase but I cannot find out a way to download it, when the app it still saying that I need to buy it.
@Ever17 Does the Werewolves pack show up as owned in Origin? You can reinstall it from the link in this post:
If not, please contact EA customer support and ask if there's some sort of problem with your purchase.
