I recently purchased the comfy gamer kit on the EA app. I then had to uninstall and reinstall my game because it was refusing to open. Now, in the EA app, it shows that the comfy gamer kit is installed but it’s not showing up as owned in my game. Please help me find a way to get it to work.
Ally_Boo26 Please run a search for EP58 , which is the folder for Comfy Gamer. Open a File Explorer window, click This PC in the left panel, and enter EP58 in the search field in the upper-right corner. Wait for the search to finish, then make sure the full file path is showing under each result. If it's not, expand the window sideways as necessary. Take a screenshot using Windows key-shift-S and attach it to a reply here.
