I purchased a few packs (parenthood, get together, vintage glamour realm of magic and get to work) it says on the sims "my packs" it says have them in my library but when i load a world i don't have access to the stuff i paid for when originally purchased it worked please help me det an awnser
@kandykane123 Right, but they're not working because they're not installed. So you need to reinstall them through the EA App, as described.

Otherwise, please run searches for two or three of your missing packs. Open a File Explorer window, click This PC in the left panel, and enter the folder name for one of the missing packs in the search field in the upper-right corner. This is the full list of packs:

For example, if you're looking for Seasons, you'd search for EP05 . Wait for the search to finish, then make sure the full file path is showing under each result. If it's not, expand the window sideways as necessary. Take a screenshot using Windows key-shift-S and attach it to a reply here. Then repeat for one or two more packs.

@kandykane123 All of the packs are where? Please post a screenshot of the search results so I can see what's going on.
@kandykane123 None of these packs are actually installed. The Delta folder holds patch data for all packs, and that data gets installed regardless of whether the user has installed or even owns the corresponding packs. If your packs were installed, you'd see their folders directly inside a "The Sims 4" folder as well.
Did you buy these packs from Steam, from Origin or the EA App, or from a third party? If you bought or registered them in Origin or the EA App, you'll need to install them through the EA App: login there, open your game library, click the Sims 4 icon, select Manage > Manage Add-ons, and click Download for any packs you see. If you have two entries for Sims 4 in your library, try the one with the Steam logo on it first.
You don't need to install the Sims 4 base game through the EA App, and in fact that would be counterproductive if you want to keep playing through Steam.
@puzzlezaddict i installed the packs through ea and the sims through steam but when i purchased them they worked but they only just stopped working
