packs not showing that i have
so, when I load into sims4 the 11 packs ive bought aren't there and that's a lot of money I really need some help like it says i dont have any packs.

jadiebish If none of your packs are showing in your EA App library, you've probably signed into the wrong EA account, as in, not the one that owns your missing content. Please see the accepted solution of this thread:

i am also having the same issue they have all disappeared out off my library did you manage to find a solution?
ec109cc164815cfa Are you saying that the EA App doesn't list the packs you've bought? Or do you see the packs in the EA App, but they don't load in-game? Are there any packs you own that do work?
