Game crashes and closes when loading the Pancakes household/lot. When I deleted the Pancakes themselves the game just freezes when loading the lot without anyone living in it. I made a clean install of the game and repaired it but problem persists.
Could you please provide the following information
It stopped when I changed to Dx 9. Surely I should be Dx 11 compatible? Included my DxDiag.
Mnerdies Your dxdiag shows a pile of crashes of the graphics driver. They're not timestamped and don't show what your computer was running at the time, but if they happened while you were playing Sims 4, that would explain what you've been seeing (although not why the Pancakes household or lot is affected in particular). So please update the driver. You can get the newest version here:
