Parenthood Extension

is there a fix for this add-on. whenever the infant is aged up into the baby phase before toddler, there seems to be a bug where the parents cannot pick up the baby or interact with them. the game has done this since it was originally installed. i have attempted to uninstall but now with every update all extensions auto install. please help
