Parenthood pack glitch since Nov 2019 update

So ever since the November 2019 update my Parenthood pack just... hasn't been working? Like all the things are there, they show up in CAS and Build/buy and all the character value things work but if ...

    @Windflower15 Try right clicking on the game in Origin and hit repair game. Make sure the game is closed while you do that.
