@ChrissyGmrMom Please open your EA App game library, click Sims 4, select Manage > Manage add-ons, and look for Parenthood on the list. If it's there, and you see a Download button, click it.
If Parenthood is listed as installed, please run a search for GP05 , which is the pack's folder. Open a File Explorer window, click This PC in the left panel, and enter GP05 in the search field in the upper-right corner. Wait for the search to finish, then make sure the full file path is showing under each result. If it's not, expand the window sideways as necessary. Take a screenshot using Windows key-shift-S and attach it to a reply here.

ChrissyGmrMom Are you missing Parenthood or something else? But regardless, if you have Sims 4 installed at all, there should be at least one result, so the fact that you didn't find any means the search didn't work properly (or there's something wrong with the game install, or it's gone).
